Description: Check out USPTA Professional Mark Kovacs with a few tips on how to talk to your players about their weaknesses.

Each tennis player or athlete has his own strengths and weaknesses, and it’s always nice when the scale tips toward the positive side. Talking to your players about their weaknesses might not be their favorite thing in the world to hear, but it can really benefit them if addressed properly. Get your players to talk about their flaws, help them set goals and motivate them to engage in the process of achieving them.
